Everything is very clean here, had a great stay at charles mark hotel. The setting is amazing and favourable, close to the subway, shops and restaurants and great shopping options. Also, it is within easy access to Boston Public Library.

Outstanding stay in a truly exceptional hotel. Every detail was wonderful, including location and staff, I loved how spotless the property was. Breakfast had variety of options, including pastries, yogurt, bread and cheese. The room I booked was cleaned and available with hair conditioner.
Didn't like the area, it was quite poor.

The hotel is really cute, it has beautifully designed rooms and very good employees. Great breakfast, AMAZING service. Awesome location to newbury street. The beach is good and the views are glorious.

Great place for one night with free wi-fi. The bkfast staff were ready to help during my stay. Super central location, UNBEATABLE. Plus, boston public library was within easy reach.
